When will my order ship, and how long will delivery take?

We pack orders within [24–48 hours] on business days. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as it ships. Typical delivery times:

What is your return & exchange policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within [7 days] of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable: final-sale items, gift cards, and personalized products.
Refunds go back to your original payment method; exchanges ship once the return is scanned or received.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We move fast! If you need to cancel or update your address, email us at our email within [1 hour] of ordering.

Once an order is processed or shipped, we can’t make changes. If it’s already on the way, please use the tracking link to manage delivery options with the carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

No—Currently, we don’t ship internationally.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after your purchase.

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address.

Can I change my billing address after placing my order?

Billing details can’t be changed once the order is placed, but your shipping address may be updated if the order hasn’t been shipped.

Do you release limited edition designs?

Yes, some collections are limited and won’t be restocked. We recommend shopping early to secure your favorite style.

Can I try on items before buying if I’m in Toronto?

Yes! Since we also sell in person in Toronto, you can visit us at pop-ups or events to see the collection before purchasing.

Are your abayas suitable for special occasions?

Absolutely! We offer both everyday modest wear and elegant pieces perfect for weddings, Eid, and other special events.
